Followed instructions as directed. Since yesterday only seen 2 flies in bag. Unlike others have stated, there is no foul odor coming from bag so maybe that's why it isn't working

Works great after the rotting smell start and attracts everything else besides flies! The smell im 100 degrees was sooo bad! But I think it killed all the flies in the neighborhood 😅 so if you can get past that point it does what it claims lol

Has helped a lot to minimize the flys in the house, know that we have a chicken coop in the back yard. Just be aware that it has a horrid fish smell, is to attract the flys in. But other than that it works great.

A !! Exceeded my expectations! Also attracted knats. I hung it on the back porch where I have a fly problem. Within 2 hours I did not have one fly on porch. There were hundreds in the bag. Just don t sit near it as it has an odor which attracts the flies. I reordered and gave some to my friends. They hung them around their pool and fish ponds. They raved over the resulted elimination of nasty flies. The water will evaporate so I pored some in the bag to the fill line. Unfortunately does not attract wasps. Will continue to reorder as Houston seems to have a 12 month fly infestation.

This disposable fly trap works amazing. This is my second one I bought for the year as the first one was completely full. It keeps the Flies out of my house as I have this hanging on my back porch. As you can see from the picture it's almost filled to the top with flies. It's been outside for less than a month. It's crazy how well this actually works to kill the fly population.

If your wondering if these work all I can say is try one for the price you have not lost anything. My husband hung these around different areas of the yard at a distance due to smell and you would not believe the flies it catches. No more being bothered by flies at our cook outs!!!

I took one star off because the first traps I bought ripped and could not be used. The plastic bag was adhered to the insert and couldn't be correctly set up. The next one we purchased was easy to set up and worked immediately. We trapped hundreds of flies in the bag and not a single fly has flown into our house or garbage this spring. WORD OF WARNING: as it continues to work, the juices in the bag will REEK! Do not hang this anywhere near where you will be sitting or relaxing. Even within 20ft, a breeze or gentle wind will change and carry the rotting fly mush smell right over to you. But it's worth it not to have flies buzzing all around!

This is the first year I bought fly traps for outside my house. I use the window stickers inside. This year I tried these because the flies were crazy. I hung it at the back of my property and there was a severe drop of flies after I got all the flies inside my house taken care of. The only part of this that isn't great is that it's stinky. A good breeze and my backyard smells like an outhouse. But it's a nice trade off for practically no flies inside my house.

I have a small hobby farm and the flies get pretty terrible starting in July. Especially on my cows and alpacas. Last year, I hung a couple of these on the fence by the paddocks and they started working their magic almost immediately! I will note that even the ones I had still hanging from last season, before I swapped them out, had new flies in them buzzing around. Make sure you don't put them in an area you hang out in as they do smell awful, but that's why the flies are attracted to it! Totally worth it!

Works really well. Just make sure to hang it at least 20-30 feet away from where you will be spending time outdoors. It has a very unpleasant odor. However, the flies love it and flock to it! We had such a problem with flies of all kinds, within a week of hanging the smaller bag, it was so full of flies, the bag was completely filled from top to bottom. The flies were literally walking on each other trying to get out. It was super easy to discard. Just pushed the vent down to seal up the bag and wrapped it in a garage bag to discard in the bin!
