Put out at 9 am this morning and immediately noticed a difference in the number of flies around our house. Checked again at 3pm, and the trap is full of flies. Will definitely be purchasing more.

these are awesome! they trap every fly in the area! recommend it !! only thing is do not hang it near where you eat because it does give off a smelly odor that resembles poo! but they do work!

i have been using this for about 5 years and it works great, just put it away from your patio and the oder will attract the flies but it is not offensive. we dress our fly catcher with wind catchers see the pics.

I have a Rescue fly trap and another brand. I put them both out about 50' apart on the same date. In a week, The other brand has maybe 50 flies and the Rescue has probably 1000 or more. I won't buy any other.

Loved the older (?) yellow plastic top bag. Worked like magic in 24 hours. Newer green plastic top bag doesn't even compare. Why? Different attractant? Not sure but please bring the yellow plastic top bag back. I use the "Big Bag".

We're going on 3 years using these traps. We live in pretty rural area and we get black flies so bad. I hang 2 of these in a nearby tree and we don't have flies in the garage or around the door any more. Just buy a pair.

had this hanging for about a week now seeing a total of 6 flies go into it, not all at the same time and watched every one of them come back out! You tell me!

We buy these every year, and wouldn't be without them. Once filled we put up another, and I'm still surprised on how many flies are caught in this trap. I hope my neighbors appreciate us collecting all the flies in the area.

These things produce one of the worst smells I've ever experienced in my lifetime. They didn't work all that well on the flies, either. I so regret spending my money on this!

It did indeed kill hundreds of flies, but not sure it didn't also attract thousands more with the most dreadful smell of rotting something. A full week later and we are still trying to get rid of the dreadful smell left in our trash cans.
