I currently have just under 40,000 miles on the tires and they still look and work great. They work in the wet, in the snow and they handle twisty roads with ease. I will definitely be getting another set when these finally wear out. Given the performance of these LTX's and the Pilot Sports on my other car, my wife's car will be getting Michelin Primacy MXV4's when she needs tires.

I've got 37 thousand miles on mine and plenty of tread left. The around town miles are pretty easy, but each weekend these tires see at least a hundred miles of Idaho back country dirt roads in the summer and plenty of snowy trips to the ski hill in the winter. A good bit of that is in 4WD, in places where you want the security of a high quality tire.

I have put about 30,000 miles on Defender LTX M/S in all weather and they handle very well on my Honda Pilot. Stop wining about noise! These are noisier than passenger rated tires as these tires are light truck/crossover tires and are able to handle higher weights and loads. I run them about 4 lbs higher pressure than the SUV door sticker for higher vehicle load per the Michelin spec.

I owned a set of Michelin LTX MS on my previous pickup which I drove everyday for eight years to different construction sites. I was so impressed with the way the tire wore in the eight years I owned them I put a new set of the same Michelin tires on my next pickup which I have been running for three years now with little sign of wear. When my son bought tires for his truck I suggested he buy the Michelin LTX MS and he did and that's how pleased I am with these tires. Dan

Ever since I was smart enough to learn about how tires are made, I've driven on Michelins. I like knowing that my truck is going to go 40,000 miles or more on a set, that I will have fewer problems with them and that they will be 100 percent backed by the dealer that sold them to me, that they will make the ride and handling of my pickup the best it can be. Since I don't like wondering about when a cheap tire is going to fail, I go Michelin. Keep the pressure right, rotate regularly and other than that; get 'em and forget 'em! It's one less thing to worry about.

We have two family vehicles and a motorhome. All have Michelin tires. Had switched to Michelin tires 10 years ago and have been very sastified. This past summer I was concerned with my 10 ply tires on our motorhome. We live in Arizona and travel to California in hot weather across the desert. I check the tires often and noticed some dryness where the sidewalls meet the tread. Mileage was 11,600 and the tread looked new. My thoughts was the safety of my family for fear of tread seperation. The tire dealer put me in-touch with Michelin Customer Service. A very nice woman took my information making a file and informed me to return the the dealer for inspection. A inspection was made on each tire and numbers recorded. The dealer phoned Michelin with the information. A short time passed and I was informed Michelin was covering 90% for of purchase of (6) new 10 ply tires. I was back on the road with great confidence. Thank You Michelin.

I have had these LTX tires now for 2 years have put about 40K miles on them and they have performed very well. They ride smooth and make my F150 drive more like a car than a truck. Everytime I take the truck in for a rotate and balance I get great reviews from the tech's about he even wear and the long term durability of these tires. I have been very happy with my purchase. My new GMC 1500 Denali came from the factory with Bridgestone tires. I asked the dealership to change out to Michelin that I had been running various models on my trucks for over 30 years. They declined and said the Bridgestone tires were "just as good". At 186 miles, on the freeway at 80 mph the left rear Bridgestone completely came apart. It delaminated like retreads do on tractor trailers. I was able to pull the truck over, put on the spare and drove back to the dealership I've never had a tire come apart like that. After a bit of a discussion with the Sales Manager the dealer persuaded GMC to replace the tires with the Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Couldn't be happier. The tire is quiet, handles like a dream and I don't worry about the quality. "Just as good" means inferior in my mind.

I mounted these tires on a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban. The ride is incredibly smooth. I have been a loyal Michelin customer for just about as long as I have been buying tires. These tires provide the ride and durability I have come to expect from the Michelin Man.

I have 166,000 miles on my GMC Envoy and I have only used Michelin tires (2 sets, That's 85,000 miles for each set) I am going to buy another set before winter. They make the ride the best, and you cant beat the mileage you get on these tires. I have nothing but good things to say about Michelins.
