This will be my 3rd set. I consistently get 60k miles or more on my 2008 suburban with these. Traction is good, smooth riding, stable. I run the 10 ply tire on my su urban just in case I tow and I like them better than any 4 ply tire I have ever used.

I left Goodyear and bought these tires 4 years ago and have loved these tires. We pull a Hitchhiker Discover America 300FK all over the US and these tires are quite and very smooth riding. I have worn the outside edge off as I have used the recommended 60 front 70 unloaded tire pressure. This is under inflated so now I run 70psi all around unhooked and 70 front 80 rear when hooked to the RV. I am getting a new set tomorrow.

We have two family vehicles and a motorhome. All have Michelin tires. Had switched to Michelin tires 10 years ago and have been very sastified. This past summer I was concerned with my 10 ply tires on our motorhome. We live in Arizona and travel to California in hot weather across the desert. I check the tires often and noticed some dryness where the sidewalls meet the tread. Mileage was 11,600 and the tread looked new. My thoughts was the safety of my family for fear of tread seperation. The tire dealer put me in-touch with Michelin Customer Service. A very nice woman took my information making a file and informed me to return the the dealer for inspection. A inspection was made on each tire and numbers recorded. The dealer phoned Michelin with the information. A short time passed and I was informed Michelin was covering 90% for of purchase of (6) new 10 ply tires. I was back on the road with great confidence. Thank You Michelin.

This is the third set of LTX M/S I've owned and I will not ever own anything else! These tires are perfect for my truck ,long interstate drives or getting a little mud on my tires makes no difference with these babies! My dad always taught me the two most important things on a vehicle were the tires and brakes. He also said your going to get what you pay for, which I didn't always follow his advise. I took the cheaper route and it always cost me more in the end. LTX Michelins will out last and ride smoother then any tire on the market and thats why this guy will never buy anything else. I purchased these tires, because of their long tire life, being quiet while driving on the freeway, and the brand name standing behind them. As for the tire life, I have driven, on the freeway mostly, 55K miles and still have tread left (not hitting the wear marks yet). Traveling daily on the freeway, tire noise becomes an issue with me. I enjoy listening to some good tunes on the radio and not having to listen to my tires howling. These tires don't make tire noise, so they won't interupt the music at all. Finally, Michelin tires stand behind their tires. I've owned many trucks and sport cars in my life without having any issues with the tires that I have purchased. Michelin tires have given me peace of mind even with my family in my car or truck. Yes, these tires are that good!!!

I have put 3 sets of LTX M/S tires on 3 of my vehicles. These tires are unbelievable; they wear great, aren't noisy and get really good wet and dry traction. My extended family has also been using these tires and has had great experiences with them. You cannot go wrong with these tires.

In 45 years of owning vehicles these are probably the best tires I have ever owned. First I did my research before buying these tires. Along with some other traits, I really wanted a tire with good traction for the snow and ice I experience in Michigan as well as decent rolling resistance so that I would still get good fuel economy with our hybrid electric vehicle. I also wanted a quieter tire and this is difficult to find with a mud and snow tire. I narrowed it down to this Michelin and another name brand tire. After discussing this with my auto mechanic brother he said hands down get the Michelin! I have had these tires on our Hybrid Electric All Wheel Drive Escape for 5 1/2 years now and they have been amazing! Smooth riding and quiet with good rain, snow and ice traction. What has been truly amazing is the tire wear. I have had them on my vehicle for over 6 years and 100000 miles now and am not to the wear bars yet. I honestly think I could safely get another 20000 miles before needing to replace them. FYI, I once had some Uniroyal tires that had 80000 miles with tread still left but they lost all grip as the tires had solidified into a hard plastic like compound. These Michelins are still pliable and get very good traction! Just a reminder that in order to maximize performance and longevity, suspension components such as ball joints and shock absorbers need to be kept in good working order and the wheel alignment needs to be in spec and the tires inflated properly and rotated (being an automotive test engineer I know better and rotate front to rear only and do so every 10000 miles at most).

Just bought my third set of these tires for my RAM 1500. The last set had 76,600 miles on them and still had 5/32. Each set has been great. Great handling in all types of weather and low noise. Regular tire rotation kept wear even throughout their life. Couldn't be happier.

Best tire ever made for large vehicles that primarily drive on the street. As a small business owner with service vehicles we have purchased a lot of these tires. Why did I rate them a three? Because Michelin cares more about longevity than safety. This goes for all of their truck tires. These tires are the best tires on the road for the first 45,000 miles of tread life and then the rubber compound gets harder and harder as they continue to wear making them so slippery that they easily hydroplane and barely get a good grip on some hard dry surfaces. Do yourself a favor and consider them a 50,000 mile tire. I noticed they are fading these out for the Platinum Edition with a high mileage rating. I'll probably try them soon but I'm sure it's the same result.

they have lasted over 80k miles and are still on my chevy truck, i know they need replaced before the snow gets here, but they still are working great. my son just got a set for his s10 pick-up truck. Michelin are on all my cars and will continue to be!! they make the car/trucks ride smooth and with good traction in all wet/snow or dry roads
