I bought the Delta 2 primarily as a backup power source for my refrigerator during any short power outages this winter. I can also use it as a backup power supply for my home office or a small freezer if needed. As a test, I hooked up a laptop with additional 21" and 32" monitors while working today. I also periodically ran a 15-watt lamp, a second desktop computer, and charged some devices. The Delta 2 provided exactly 10 hours of power. According to the Kill-A-Watt P3 power meter it was approximately 780 watt hours out of the listed 1024 for an overall efficiency of 76.2%. To be honest I was hoping for more, but I do plan on picking up the extra battery. However, the basic amount should be enough to get the refrigerator and maybe a small chest freezer through the night during a short power outage. For solar charging I picked up two 160-watt EcoFlow panels. I set the two panels up on my back porch and tracked the sun from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. The two panels generated a maximum of 250 watts of input with clear skies but noticeable wildfire smoke. I was able to bring the battery up from 30% to 80% before the trees blocked out the sun. Solar panel efficiency dropped off quickly with any shading. I experimented with parallel and series wiring as shown in the manual. I found I got a little more wattage out of the series method. When I looked at the specs I think that was because in parallel I was exceeding the 15 watt maximum input and it was throttled down by the control system. Adding a third panel would max out the system on volts and watts, and it might be worth considering for winter charging with fewer hours of less intense sunlight. These three panels could only be hooked up in series. AC charging was fast! I actually tempered the charging to 800 watts maximum instead of the standard 1200 watts to reduce the amperage, but even with input reduced by one third a full charge from 0% to 100% took less than 2 hours. The fan runs the entire time the unit is charging. It is noticeable but not loud. Overall I feel this is a great item to have on standby for short power outages. It can power small appliances and a computer for a significant amount of time when needed. Set up is fast and easy. The 160-watt solar panels are fairly lightweight and appear to be more durable than glass panels. The manual should do a better job of explaining the differences between parallel and series options (that might be a good feature for the app). The Delta 2 is manageable in size and weight and would even fit in an RV for mobile power needs.

I bought the Delta 2 and 220W solar and I am impressed with the engineering and packaging of the product. I love the capacity, fast charging and the ability to use up to 1800W appliances. Not heavy and slightly smaller than I expected even after watching many you tube videos.

I’m an owner of a few EcoFlow products - started with the River Pro and then I purchased the Delta Pro. Huge difference between the two in terms of capacity and capability. The new Delta 2 bridges that gap with a powerful product in a better price range. Fan noise is normal and the waterproof case is perfect!

I just received my EcoFlow Delta 2 today and everything that was suppose come in package arrived in the box. The Delta 2 was in perfect condition with a 29% charge. I downloaded the App and proceeded to charge it to 100% and I was to change the charge rate easily with the App. The Screen is very easy to see with all the parameters clear and understandable. I am confident when I need the power I will have it and I will order the Delta 2 Smart Battery to supplement the WattHours.

I purchased several of these to run scientific equipment in a backcountry setting. We used to have to lug heavy deep-cycle lead acid batteries around which weighed three times as much and hold half the power. They also took a full 24 hours to charge, but the EcoFlow Delta charges in an hour or two. Such an improvement to our setup, can't imagine going back!

Purchased this Delta 2 about a week ago and have had a few days to play around with it. Really nice so far. Got it as a gift for my mom for power outages. It was able to power her full size refrigerator overnight. I plan on using solar panels to recharge but haven't had a chance to test yet. From what I've seen on other reviews it doesn't seem we'll have a problem.

I purchased the EcoFlow Delta 2 online from Sam's Club for $849.00. However, just two hours after my purchase, I noticed that EcoFlow had it listed for $699.00. Additionally, my order is not being delivered as promised; the website stated it would arrive on May 1, 2025, but now it's scheduled for May 6, 2025. This afternoon, on May 2, I received the solar panels, but not the battery. I'm frustrated because I was told one price for my unit, and then I see it offered for $200 less. On top of that, my order from Sam's Club is delayed. Please advise on how I should feel about this situation.you think I feel when you tell me that my until is one price and then I see the same unit for two hundred less and my purchased unit with Sams is not being delivered as promised.

This is the first portable power station and I have to say I'm very impressed. I was originally going to go with a competitors model but after seeing the specs on the delta 2 I changed my mind. I'm really happy with its performance, charging and capabilities. It has been the perfect addition to my camping setup and I don't leave it on a trip without it.

This tiny box keeps our home running during power outages, and with the solar panels, gives us freedom from crowded camping spots. Charges unbelievably fast from a wall outlet, and reasonably fast with solar panels matched to this unit. Not to heavy for my arthritic bones to move around ( which is real nice). Don't know how we got along without it ( lots of candles not too pleasant).

I'm so glad I bought this DELTA 2 power station for my 3-day camping trip. I wanted to be able to power the induction hot plate I already had instead of investing in a gas powered camping stove, and the DELTA 2 provided all the juice needed, plus charged my laptop and my phone for all three days, with power to spare.
