Like others are saying, the shipping was delayed by a few days then I only received the solar panels, no power station.  Then they want me to initiate a return, but I don't have the full item to return and I can only imagine how that would be handled when they receive only the panels.  I have FedEx looking for the lost package but doubt it was ever sent since this seems like a recurring problem for the vendor Sams is using.

I bought my battery back up and extra battery a week or two before our 1st major windstorm here in Buffalo. Just wanted it to run the sum pump only. Well, during the storm the power went out for 3 days. Yes the pump kept running for all 3 days. I do have a generator but only brought it out just in case I had to charge the batteries. For the three days the batteries went from 100% to 22%. Fantastic products!
