We were able to install two of these in about 5 hours. Easy to put together, watched the video before and during. It came with extra caps and stakes but really needed extra buttons.

I took a chance and bought the split waterfall raised garden beds. I didn't want to treat wood and this composite product was appealing. The design of tiered terrace raised beds also was aesthetically pleasing. I bought this, animal barriers and drip irrigation kit. Everything met my expectations, a couple of boards were damaged on the corner but I just hot glued them instead of waiting for replacements. I might buy it again for another corner of our garden.

I love the product but had difficulty with putting it together because the instructions are only found online with the manufacturer

A great product. My oldest raised garden is five years old and still looks great with minimal weathering. We have a lot of ground insects where we live and the raised garden has virtually eliminated that problem. Great for vegetables and flowers.

Absolutely thrilled! Excellent product, excellent customer service and company! I can’t say enough! We are already harvesting fresh, organic food! It can’t get any better than that!

I am using this product to create an outdoor enclosure for my African Leopard tortoise and box turtle. It was fairly easy to set up the raised garden bed - two timbers high. I love the color and the enclosure looks really nice in my backyard. The enclosure deserves a rating of 5, but I gave it a 4 because of the animal barrier!The only thing I did not like about this product was the separate animal barrier. I would give the animal barrier a rating of 2. It was very difficult to assemble - the screen netting ends causes multiple cuts on my hands and feet. Even though the product has been redesigned to include a "gate" - it is just a separate piece of screen that has to be opened and closed with velcro. I would have preferred a non-wire solution to the screen - possibly made of fiberglass or something. Also would prefer more velcro to attach top screen to pole rather than using the plastic strips that can't be taken off once attached.

Such a love/hate relationship with this product. The idea is wonderful and now that it is (finally) installed, I love it. But getting to this point was terrible. First off, how little respect must you have for your own product to just toss it into a box and let it get bumped and jostled and destroyed? Or perhaps they believe in their product so much that they are convinced it can withstand such abuse (spoiler alert: it cannot!) The product came in several packages and within each package were far more pieces than were originally put in there. Every single board had sustained damage of some sort, ranging from annoying to catastrophic. When I contacted the company they were good about it (dare I guess that they've had this occur before?) and sent a new one and surprise, surprise.....broken up pieces. Even combining the two sets I did not have enough pieces to build the bed without using some broken pieces and the season was getting ridiculously late. So I used some of them for the bottom and hoped for the best. Assembly was not easy but it looked very nice upon completion. But I just can't get over the packing. What were they thinking?! How much would it cost them to provide some cushioning? The pieces are surprisingly brittle and I was concerned about how they would hold up to temperature fluctuations and the string mower, but so far so good.

quality is great. Ordered this two months ago and first shippment was not even close to what I ordered. Second shipment arrived and everything was there except anchor stakes. They put in third order for anchor stakes and I am still waiting for them. Now out of stock. Growing season will be over before I can even put this thing together.

Initially I loved this product...it looked great and my dahlias thrived in it. Less than year after I installed it, all of the pins in the joints started failing and the entire structure is falling apart. I contacted the company but had not gotten back even a inquiry until I contacted them again. Did a quick internet search, and I'm not the only one with issues concerning this product.

I would rate this top notch if I only had all of the pieces needed to finish it.....
