As others have stated, the meat does release a bit of fat but I drain it out while cooking, otherwise the fat will burn back into meat. Still stays tender and tasty! You can make a variety of dishes with this. Definitely making this a regular buy. Comes with 12 steaks.

I wanted to try this because I was looking for low sodium food that was in my club rather than travel to 5 different places. This product is awesome! With one steak I could feed 2-3 kids with either making this with mashed potatoes, use in green or pasta salad, or if I wanted to make chinese homemade food use with egg foo young gravy with that is outstanding! I cook with veggies and be filled up on this also a fantastic plus is that it is very low sodium under 100 milligrams per patty! The price is a reflection of the times but well worth it and I hope they bring more products like this in the future.

We decided to try a box of Steak EZ a couple weeks back and it turned out great. I sauteed some peppers, onions, mushrooms to go on top of the steak EZ with some cheese. I was surprised that it came out so well. I will buy another box next week just to keep in the freezer. If you decide to buy the hoagie rolls at Sam's Club. Make sure you cook two portions of Steak EZ. Those hoagies at Sam's Club are HUGE! *As soon as the meat turns brown it's done because the meat will dry out if you over cook. ........ Enjoy!

I did buy these fairly often, but not anymore. I last purchased these on 4/30 for $11.98. They are now $20.88. That's an increase of over 74%. Ridiculous. Please lower the prices back to what they were. Good luck selling these. Gyros and SteakEze were both staples in my home before the drastic price change. My wallet thanks you, as I've saved $40 by not buying either product.

I love Philly Cheese steak sandwiches and if you're like me "Steak-ums", and the like, just don't cut it. This product definitely delivers the flavor and consistency that one is looking for when making a cheese steak sandwich and it breaks apart nicely. It does generate its share of grease, but not any more than I anticipated I would get from a prepared steak food.

We cook these on the grill and season them with Grill Master seasoning and garlic salt. We drain the grease and put them in a food warmer pan. We serve them on a Nickle's Bakery sausage roll and top them with grilled onions and mushrooms. Our customers love them and we sell out quickly.
