Steak-EZE Sirloin Steak Strips, Frozen (42 oz.)

I bought this last week and decided to make my own Philly cheesesteaks at home and I was not disappointed.  Quick and easy I added onions and peppers then topped it off with provolone cheese on a hoagie bun -- DELICIOUS!!!!

I purchase this product all the time.  There is. I reason for this product's price to double.  Very unhappy about this increase.  I am returning ASAP.

I buy these every Sam's run. Tasty, meaty
and cooks up so fast. I love making omelets, quesadillas or topping salads with this. So many yummy options!

The picture on this box is very deceiving.  The contents don't look anything like it.  I don't think there is anything you could do to make it look like the picture.  It comes in slabs that you have to separate as you cook them.  The slabs come apart in very thin slices. They turn to an unappetizing gray color as you cook them.  They contain so much water that there is no way to brown them in a skillet. This product is definitely below the usual Sam's quality.

Based on the box description I thought these would be steak strips, but they are actually steak fillets.  They were easy enough to cut into strips and use for fajitas.  Taste was good.
