We love these steak strips makes a good Philly cheesesteak.

The picture on this box is very deceiving.  The contents don't look anything like it.  I don't think there is anything you could do to make it look like the picture.  It comes in slabs that you have to separate as you cook them.  The slabs come apart in very thin slices. They turn to an unappetizing gray color as you cook them.  They contain so much water that there is no way to brown them in a skillet. This product is definitely below the usual Sam's quality.

The picture on the box is deceiving

Based on the box description I thought these would be steak strips, but they are actually steak fillets.  They were easy enough to cut into strips and use for fajitas.  Taste was good.
