I have set up two appointments for pick up return - BOTH APPOINTMENTS NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP FOR THIS ITEM PICK-UP I WAITED FROM 10 AM TO 2PM i REQUEST IMMEDIATE RETURN FOR FULL REFUND ASAP.

I purchased it for 2 reasons. Seat and storage. The description says fits two adults. " Fits " yes! Supports, not so sure. Maybe the material is defective on ( looking at container ) right side. When sitting there the vertical wall in corner collapses some. Takes a bit to straighten out. Not the same on the left. Yes I am 5'11" and 260lbs. But this is America and many adults are much larger.

I am suprised that Rubbermaid didn't do a better job of attaching the strap to hold the lid. a small screw screwed into a pre-made hole I'm afraid will not last long. Rubbermaid.. I don't think you thought this through too well. box is sturdy, went together pretty simply. I think it will be very functional for my needs.

I bought this deck box in June 2022. I had bought 2 boxes prior and they were horrible, leaky, bug magnets. One was much more expensive than this one. I had bought a rubbermaid deck box before years ago and had not been able to find another one until last June. This box is FABULOUS. I have had it empty all of this time (now is April 2023) because I wanted to watch it to make sure that it was leak/bug proof before I put patio cushions in it. The ones before were ruined in previous boxes. This box is both leak and bug proof. I've not seen one drop of rain in it nor one bug. You will be very satisfied with this box.

My husband hates the construction of this container. He was quite angry about it. The plastic dowel pin that goes in the hinge does not fit. He states he has to make his own wooden dowel to get it to work. I like the size and color, but I didn't try to put it together.

Product was damaged when we took it out of box. The side was dented and the rear corner was smashed where the pin slides in. Since it took two weeks to be shipped we chose not to take it back. A lock can be added to the front, but if you do not add it, there is a hole in the top allowing water to seep in. Would have been nice to have wheels on product for easy moving.

It is what I needed. very easy to assemble. I was able to assemble without help. the plastic pin rods (assembling the hinges) are a joke. I managed to get one in place but the other broke when tapping it in place. I found something that worked in place of the pin rod so I was able to keep the product. I keep the product under a covered patio that is not enclosed. I keep open bags of chicken and pig feed in it. I have not had a problem with moisture or pests. I intend on purchasing a second one soon.

Very good deck box. Nice and big. Very sturdy. I can fit all of my pool cleaning supplies and the kids swimming toys/goggles in it with no problems. Stays nice and dry inside even in the hardest rain storm, although that was not a huge concern for me since we use it for pool stuff (gets wet inside anyway)! Very happy with the purchase!

To assemble their are tabs that your supposed to punch out with a screwdriver and hammer. They didnt come out that way at all. The plastic was not able to come out i would say it was defective. I did get them out by using a chisel tool and rubber hammer. Otherwise im sure a fine product

The box was easy to put together and is expected to hold what we had intended it for. I had a small issue with the corner of the bottom panel being split. It looks like it was caused wither when it was manufactured. I did not notice it until after the box was assembled. Overall it is a good product.
