Great bread for tuna melt sandwiches

Bread was on display as I went in the door.

It tastes different from most breads, but its good for the health too.

Much better in plastic bags! Keeps fresher longer. Love the convenience of it being sliced.

Lacks a good sourdough flavor.

I was a bit surprised at how good this loaf tasted. I will buy it aga.

Real sour sourdough, made with starter and not cheating with yeast. Best Ive ever had.
