Dropped the ball again!!!!!!!

There is no manual instructions in Korean. I am really frustrated with this model. My wife is Korean, she can’t use it or the manual or the different parts that came with it. So a failure to provide the instructions, never buy again!!!!

Rack position not identifiable

Good machine but difficult to determine rack position for baking shortcakes. Bottom rack position results in burned bottoms but top rack results in burned tops.

Happy air fryer

Have had one for over 10 years. Only oven we use in the summer time. Replaced it with exact same one . The other one cord started running hot.

Easy to use and saves time cooking

I love my air fryer/toaster oven. The only complaint I have is that is it very hard to keep clean, especially the bottom and the door.

Just stopped working one day.

Stopped working completely in less than a year. Doesn’t turn on at all. Loved it when it worked. Feeling disappointed.
