Very good cheese, fresh and with great flavor. It melts perfectly and is ideal for sandwiches, burgers, or even to eat on its own. Smooth texture and no artificial taste. I would definitely buy it again.

Excellent. For anyone who hasn't eaten or tasted goes remarkably well with lots of things. A little salty but that's why I like it. Especially good with refried beans.
