I always buy the store brand from the other store owned by this family but they've been out for a long time. I didn't even bother to look at this one assuming a name brand would be much more expensive but in desperation compared the two prices. This, being, considered a bulk size, is actually slightly cheaper that the other store brand. It's taste is good and consistency is too. I do wish they carried the large curd also but overall I'm pleased with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a minute to get my hands on this, but whew! It was very fresh, very creamy, the appearance at first made me a little skeptical but, the value boosted everything up. Great nutrients include also.
