It’s not “good culture” texture. But it not terrible. If you mix it with Cabot triple cream yogurt it’s pretty bomb. I also used it for a protein packed buffalo dip recipe and it did the trick. If you are looking to increase protein, adding this to your diet is a good way to start.

Love that this cottage cheese is made with whole milk! The whole family eats this for breakfast so we go through this big size quickly!

Filling anytime of day with chopped fruit. Also a serving with or without fruit & sugar free, fat free, dry pudding mix.
