[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Main shelves too short for milk and wine bottles. In order to use them you lose a shelf. Dinging when doors are open for awhile is very annoying.

Ice make broke after one year. Do not buy with ice maker, samsung should warranty all ice makers at this point. This is a horrible issue across all fridge models from what I see online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great refrigerator. It has a large capacity and convenient drawers. Only complaint is how small the capacity of ice maker compartment is, as we run out of ice from time to time.

I love the flex drawer but every drawer needs to be unassembled to clean. The bottom shelf is a major chore to clean whoever designed these features Needs to be horse whipped. Not light on outside of door

Less than 5 years old and after 3 years of thawing out icemaker after it becomes one giant block of ice. You never get ice cubes. Ridiculous. And the the stainless discolors at the seams looks terrible.

Ice maker is trash, failed after just 3 years. After looking online I found this is extremely common. Not able to get it repaired after the warranty expired.
