Great looking unit with customizable features. Horrible ice maker that I can't fix. I have followed all user guide suggestions, watched YouTube videos and surfed reddit trying to find a solution. Really disappointed as this is only a couple years old

I've had this refrigerator for four years, and the ice maker has died twice. The appliance repair guy said that he could replace it, but the replacement would only last 2-3 years. Nope. I'll just buy another brand. Between this and my Samsung TV that started dying after three years, I'm done with Samsung. Just terrible quality control.

I'm five years having owned this model and here to provide a longevity review. In the past four months , we have had to start defrosting the ice maker on a regular basis. The rubber piece connecting the ice maker to the dispenser we suspect no longer has a good seal , causing warmth into the ice maker and the freezing. A nuisance, but something that can be lived with at this point. Though I do fear in more time , it may start leaking out of the dispenser. My biggest issue at this point is the finish. A spot has appeared next to the dispenser, it looks like the finish is coming up? It keeps gradually growing. I am including a photo so it makes sense. Now is smaller, spot started to develop on the left side as well. For a product that should last 10 plus years, this is a huge disappointment. We're a household of two adults, so there had not been "wear and tear" on this appliance. There are features we like, but I don't recommend for the long term.

For the amount i spent on this refrigerator I was expecting a bit better quality. It scrathes SO easily and as for not being able to see fingerprints...psh..yeah right. You can see every single time someone touches the doors. As for the absolute WORST part of this fridge is the ice maker. Whats the point of giving me options for crushed versus cubed? IT ALL COMES OUT CRUSHED!! ALWAYS...The configuration of the shelves is awful as well, not much to customize inside because there isnt enough space. Terrible.Highly disappointed. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Bought 2years ago. Looked great with lots of handy item. But not functional. The bottom tray is nearly impossible to take off and traps everything. Every drawer must be disassembled to get the debris that miraculously gets trapped. I do not recommend this refrigerator to anyone who. Cares about cleanliness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the middle drawer the most of all the features. We use it to store all the things for tonight's dinner and things like that. Super convenient. My dream is to turn that middle drawer into a salad bar though!

Worst external water and ice dispenser system! It leaks water, if we are lucky that it makes ice, it gets stuck and most of the time, it stops making ice. PLEASE do not purchase this product. The warranty is only for 1 year and after that you are on your own. Read the reviews, do your research and you will see the complaints for this system is massive and Samsung refuses to assist after 1 year.

It has nice flexibility my only concern is that it has sometimes a problem with the ice cubes getting stuck in the chamber . It regulates the temperature well . And the fit and finish on the fridge is decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the refrigerator, especially the top drawer. I wish it had the capability to produce 2 sizes of ice, or the ability to adjust the ice size. Some of the left door compartments are very small due to the water feature - i wish the water components could be a bit more compact. Overall, a great unit for the price.
