Great way to change up the taste of plain water. I don’t know if it gives me any extra energy but it does taste good.

I love mio. This is probably my favorite flavor. Tastes great. Can not drink water without it.

Use daily. Solid with no after taste. Quit soda and use this to increase daily water intake
