Love to squeeze a little bit of this in my water in the morning to spice it up! Little too expensive

Not my favorite flavor. But definitely helps me WANT to drink my water. Don’t really feel the caffeine in it though.

This is pretty good when you’re sick of plain water. I use this when I feel like I’m not drinking enough water and this helps me want to drink more

I’m not sure it give me lots of energy but I do love the taste and since it’s liquid it doesn’t leave gross powdery chunks in your water

good way to get caffeine if you don't like coffee or soda. not as good as some of the pre portioned drink powders and more expensive to though
