I actually enjoy this flavor but I dont feel any energy change. I drink this when I go to work or before a workout. It does push me through but not enough.

These are the tastiest little additions to your water. They really help to keep me on track with drinking more water throughout the day and I love them! This flavor is so delicious and it really feels like a summer treat!

This is great to always have on hand for a pick me up. There are days I just drag and as long as I keep make my be waters flavored with this I feel great! Sometimes I feel it is better than having coffee.

I love this stuff way too much. Never really liked mio but then I tried the energy kind and Have bought atleast 32 of these silly bottles. So good. Too good in fact 🤔🧐

I love this flavor! It tastes fantastic in carbonated water as well.  I love that this has caffeine in it as well, perfect for getting me through the day.  I know that this one is popular because it’s always hard to find at the store. 

Mio is a game changer for upgrading plain water. I haven’t noticed much of an energy benefit, but the flavor is fantastic. I also like that I can adjust how much I want to use to suit my own taste. I would recommend this product.

I use this in carbonated water from my Soda Stream and it is seriously THE BEST energy drink in the world. Less sugar than most energy drinks, much cheaper too. Just easy and it's nice to be able to control the amount of flavor.

This is one of my favorite flavors. The Mio Energy is so good. The packaging is nice but theyre a little pricier that the other enhancers and thats why it gets 4 stars. I would buy again just because I love this flavor.

I love the taste of this one. It's perfect to help my up my water intake at work. It also gives me the energy boost I need in a pinch without the crash afterwards.

When I add this to my water it takes me to the beach, and who doesn’t want to go there?!? Seriously, it’s like having a fruity drink at the beach. All that’s missing is the sand and waves.
