Along with the lemon and blue raspberry - awful in the flavor department. Tastes like cleaner. Take this by a grain of salt though, because their other flavors are great.

I love these little mio flavor mixes. They make sure that I drink more water throughout the day and taste really great. I like these energy ones because they have extra vitamins. They also make a great mixer for a healthier alternative to cokes.

I don't know if this really helps with energy but they let you flavor your water fast and easy so I definitely suggest it. They're affordable add ins and taste great! Also you can add as little or as much flavor as you want.
