This is how I survived school! Gave me enough energy to stay awake in lectures! Not expensive at all! Flavor to how you want it! Also, comes in handy at the bars with mixed drinks!

I use this in carbonated water from my Soda Stream and it is seriously THE BEST energy drink in the world. Less sugar than most energy drinks, much cheaper too. Just easy and it's nice to be able to control the amount of flavor.

I think this mio has a Great taste love the flavor of this brand and variety I purchase this flavor very often atleast once a week and the energy it gives is very good I will definitely be purchasing again

Water can be so boring sometimes and I absolutely love these to get my caffeine fix while still drinking my daily water intake! Great for a low carb alcoholic beverage too without all the sugar

 I love this stuff it is great to add to water.I love the fact that it has caffeine and I don’t have to drink a pop. I also like that you can add as little or as much as you want. It is also at a great price point I would definitely buy again!

These really do give you energy! I put a few drops into my water in the morning and then I’m ready for the day ahead. Plus there’s no crash afterwards with many energy drinks. Flavors are great too

MIO is the perfect drink additive when you’re looking to cut out sugar! It’s sweet and you can control the amount you put in to your water. It’s a bit pricy but nothing crazy! I highly recommend this product!

I've tried this brand before and I like it. I work as a housekeeper and I always need a pick me up because I'm constantly moving around. i need a another bottle as we speak but the taste of the flavor isn't bad and i would recommend it

I live by this flavor and brand. A great mix of caffeine and flavor to make boring water bearable. I mix this with the electrolytes blue mio or propel. Have used this since day one of keto.
