Nice alternative to drinking pop when you need a boost to wake up. Nice to be able to add as much or as little as you like. Easy to carry in my purse.

Great tasting water enhancer. We keep it in the refrigerator and put just a squirt in our water bottles. It’s a family favorite, everyone in our home drinks it and it last a long time.

I honestly love all the flavors of mio they add so much flavor to your water if you're not a big water drinker definitely had some mio into it and you'll be fine

This really helps me to drink my daily water and I can drink this instead of coffee. It is nice to have some control over how much caffeine I want for if I need a lot or a little. Tastes delicious too!

This is the jam. It's got electrolytes like a Powerade zero and also caffeine so it's a super practical beverage especially for those on keto who are looking for certain additives without sugar PR other carbs. Plus it is so portable!

I love Mio Energy. For someone who doesn’t drink coffee this is a great alternative. I drink it daily to get over my morning slump! Great flavor and a wonderful boost of energy. One squirt works for my 16 oz bottle of water.

These things are great! It makes me actually drink water since they taste so good. I’ve tried several flavors and they’re all pretty good. Can be pricey if you like them super flavorful but if you ration them it’s worth it
