I recently tried this flavor and it tastes amazing. Mio has zero sugar and zero calories and makes drinking water easier and taste better. For this flavor not to have any sugar in it, it still manages to taste sweet. The only somewhat con is it's supposed to give you energy and I didn't notice a difference in my energy levels at all. However that's not a big deal to me but it would be especially when I drink this first thing in the mornings. Overall this is one of the best flavors so far. I hate I didn't buy it sooner.

I like the flavor. It definitely added something unique to my water routine. I wouldn’t say it gave me any extra energy. It also stains easily. I thought the packaging was cute. It would be a good drink to try for taste but not really something for caffeine.

Mio makes my life so easy. Even without all the added sugar they taste great and all you have to do is squeeze a little in a glass or bottle with water. The bottles last forever and a little goes a long way! The energy black cherry is my favorite. Nothing like a little boost to help me with my day.

I love the mio energys! They’re so quick and convenient and I love how I can decide how many mg of caffeine I want with the amount of squirts I use. I also sometimes use the mio with my soda stream to make it carbonated like a typical energy drink! Honestly these are so great and have such a good variety of flavors. I’ll never stop buying them!

I love mio! I think this particular flavor is amazing and the caffeine in it is really good. It doesn’t make you jittery or anything and is a smooth caffeination if that makes sense... I already am a repeat buyer and would buy more of this flavor for sure!

This little thing gives me enough caffeine for 5 to 7 days. I add it into my water in the morning before I leave the house. It's definitely a cheaper option for caffeine. I will carbonate my water occasionally and add this. It's a great way to have it.

My husband gets this all the time. Its not the worst, its not the best. Its cheap and it has caffeine. You just squirt a bunch in your water, stir and voila you have a caffeinated drink for now or later. It tastes alright, its not my favorite buy it does the job.

I love this stuff. It lasts so long and makes drinking water more fun. It keeps me hydrated during the hot months and curbs those sugar cravings without adding a lot of sugar (if any) to my water. I definitely recommend trying MIO, its way easier than powder water flavors.

I thought the energy title was more of a selling point and might make me a little more energetic for an hour or two, but after drinking this I was literally up for 2 days. It was beneficial to me as a student, but definitely be careful with how much you drink at a time.

This product is great for adding favor to your water and get electrolytes! This is an easy add to your purse and backpack to take where ever you go! I would recommend this to others! I feel that it is the best for flavor and getting the things you need for your body!
