So I found a challenge on Tiktok that used the black cherry mio and now I’m hooked! I love it in top chico mineral water and it’s keto friendly! Win win! It’s super flavorful with no carbs or sugar. Highly recommend and definitely buying more!

This really helps me to drink my daily water and I can drink this instead of coffee. It is nice to have some control over how much caffeine I want for if I need a lot or a little. Tastes delicious too!

I like the flavor it gives my water but not sure I can feel the caffeine. Wish it was more clear how much was in a serving. Pretty affordable too. I would buy again/recommend to others

Use this regularly. It’s excellent paired with a sparkling black cherry flavored water. I prefer more flavor so I enjoy having the control of how much or how little I squirt in. There is an ugly after taste with this though.

Absolutely love the taste and you don’t need a big squirt at all. Be careful it has a potential to stain your shirt. It’s so convenient and helps you during more water as long as you are ok with artificial sweeteners.
