On the energy scale it’s kind of a bummer. I could use this whole thing and not feel any more energized than a cup of coffee. What it lacks in the energy department it makes up for in taste.

My husband likes to add flavor of his sparkling water and this cherry Mio with caffeine is his favorite when he needs an afternoon boost. You can control how much you add so it’s always to your taste.

This wasn't one of my favorite flavors but i do love Mio and the many other flavors! I highly recommend Mio for a healthier drink choice! Water can be boring and this really helps me drink more water!

A not bad alternative to energy drinks. Oddly good when mixed with unflavored carbonated water. Good flavor, could use more caffeine. Efficient packaging.

The taste of this product is great. I’m unsure if the caffeine in it wakes me up, or if it’s hydrating that does it. Either way, drinking this causes my mouth to become very dry.

I feel as though you have to use a lot of the product to get a substantial amount of flavor in your water. But, once you've done that it tastes amazing, like Kool-aid but gives you a sudden burst of energy with no crash. very affordable.

I can’t drink plain water but with mio it makes it easy only one squirt needed for me and plain Jane water is turned into a delicious drink good price for the amount you get

MiO Energy and black cherry, is a delicious and convenient on the go energy. It gives you just enough of a boost to get me through my work shift. I haven’t tried any of the other flavors yet, does anyone have any that they recommend?

This brings water to a whole new level. I mean first the flavor. Its delicious and not like things that are out there. Also the energy portion of it really does work (believe me Im a caffeine addict!). I love these and continue to purchase them
