I have been on a diet lately and this is a great thing to add to your water to put a little flavor in your life. It has 5 calories per serving. It tastes like Kool-Aid. I love every flavor that they make.

I loved black cherry koolaid as a kid, and this is basically adult koolaid! I love this!! It tastes so yummy, and is healthier than any koolaid out there! I am a repeat customer of this brand and flavor!

Tried the black cherry Mio with caffeine… can’t say I noticed any real difference with the caffeine (in terms of a pick me up, or coffee alternate). The taste is ok, better than others, but still only okay

When im not careful i can put too much of this in my water and its too sweet. But usually that's not a problem and i get a little boost which is all i need. I buy it regularly

I am literally obsessed with mio. Growing up, I never drank enough water. A girl can only drink so much before getting bored of the taste of nothing. This stuff adds some flavor and some caffeine to my life without adding a bunch of sugar!
