I often find myself needing a little boost of caffeine in the mornings or before working out. I recently had a bad reaction to preworkout and so I needed something to replace it. My sister had suggested mio energy, because she uses it when she is pregnant (completely safe) and I have really loved it. The flavor isn’t amazing and I do feel like the bottle runs out quickly, but it definitely helps my energy levels. I find that it works much like preworkout for me minus the tingle throughout my body. This flavor isn’t as good as some of the others

This has the best taste ever. I really like the caffeine content, it’s a real pick me up. I mix this in a water bottle to keep track of my water intake. Highly recommend this flavor!

I live by this flavor and brand. A great mix of caffeine and flavor to make boring water bearable. I mix this with the electrolytes blue mio or propel. Have used this since day one of keto.

The energy from this could be a little more but it’s decent. There’s some thing about the flavor that leaves an aftertaste that I don’t love. I am a Mio fan so maybe it’s just this flavor.

Great tast! No calories or sugar. I'm not real sure how much enervy it really gives though. And if you're like my husband you might need a couple extra squeezes for enough flavor. But two is enough for me.

Tastes great and gives me a boost of energy. I like that I can customize how much I get. Either a full glass or just a little shot for a quick pick me up. Super affordable!!!

I like that you can get energy from this. The flavor is good with a minimal aftertaste. Love that you can take it with you anywhere and just put in water and you are ready to go. Easy and convenient. Priced great!

this is a great boost to add to water. it brings lots of flavor and caffeine without many calories and it’s so easy to just keep in my purse or desk to be able to always have a flavor boost

I love this flavor! It tastes fantastic in carbonated water as well.  I love that this has caffeine in it as well, perfect for getting me through the day.  I know that this one is popular because it’s always hard to find at the store. 

I use this sometimes as an alternative to my energy drinks or coffee. This is a good flavor off you add just the right amount of water, or it has a very strong taste. Remember to stir!
