Ok so this flavor goes fast! It is honestly my favorite by far. It will give your water that juice taste without being to much if you know what I mean. This flavor goes perfect with any meal and doesnt over power your taste buds with the feeling of it being too much.

I often find myself needing a little boost of caffeine in the mornings or before working out. I recently had a bad reaction to preworkout and so I needed something to replace it. My sister had suggested mio energy, because she uses it when she is pregnant (completely safe) and I have really loved it. The flavor isn’t amazing and I do feel like the bottle runs out quickly, but it definitely helps my energy levels. I find that it works much like preworkout for me minus the tingle throughout my body. This flavor isn’t as good as some of the others

I drink this in the morning when I feel dehydrated and didn't have time for morning coffee. There's caffeine which gives me a boost. I usually have a large mug so it's convenient because I can just add more. It mixes well and evenly and the vitamins are a plus

I love to take this with me when I go out on the weekends. I realized I drink a lot of calories so instead of asking for pop with my liquor or just in general, I can get club soda and mix it in or just water and mix it. The small container is great and stores easily in a purse or even a wristlet. It tastes great and you can decide how much flavor you want in each drink!

Lately I have been putting off my coffee until later in the day with intermittent fasting (can't do it without cream!) but I like to have something with caffeine to start the day. This his that note and also jumpstarts my hydration for the day since I often forget to drink enough. If you get bored with plain water this definitely helps.

I could not LOVE this product more. It is a complete staple in my life. I use this product to give me the real energy boost that I need for either big events or a mundane day at the office. I can get my water intake in for the day while getting the caffeine that I need. It is the perfect alternative to soda, coffee or energy drinks!

These are ok. My family didn’t care for them. I have yet to notice or boost my energy. But I like that they can compliment any drink from water and even juices. I also bought a vitamin one so I like that they have different option. Willing to continue trying.

Mio Energy is a nice alternative to caffeinated carbonated beverages. It is more affordable than bottled sports drinks and easy to use. I have purchased this many times in various flavors. I keep a bottle in my car for “on the go” hydration and take it in my makeup bag when I travel. All the flavors offer a delicious way to add more water into your daily routine.

This stuff is good for people who dont like the natural taste of water. The only negative is that this specific flavor leaves my mouth dry. I also dont notice much differoin my energy, so i dont think this actually has any benefit to that. Great almost grape like flavor
