Bought this bike earlier this month and assembly could not have been easier! It’s a durable and strong bike, with a massive battery for long lasting riding. Happy with my purchase and can’t wait to take a long ride with it!

I got this bike as a gift on Christmas and it was great for about 3 months, until I decided to go off road and everything started shaking, wobbling, and making weird clanking sounds. I can't even twist the throttle without it sounding like the front wheel is gunna fall off. Disappointed 😔

After unpacking i noticed the bearings have came out of the front steering and after contacting the company all they could do is a company credit (and they were out stock on the bike now) but said i could use for anything else but no free shipping like Sams does. Obviously i returned to Sams and will find another brand!!
