For reference, I am 5'5", 130 lbs, short-waisted, and wear a size 4. I bought both the medium wash with flowers and the light wash shorts, two of each. The light wash pair fits me slightly bigger than the flowered pair. The light wash slit flared out and made my legs look odd, so I trimmed it off ... a much better fit for me. The medium wash with flowers is not as loose, and I did not like the cuffed hem flare out. I cut the cuff off, and now they are perfect ... Plus, I just prefer the rough edge of a cut-off short. Additionally, I don’t know how tall the model is, but these shorts are not that short on me, even after the tweaks I made. Overall, I really love these shorts and buy fresh pairs each summer... And you cannot beat the price.

Good pair of denim shorts that aren’t too short. I think these run at least a size too big. I am typically a 12 in most brands. I ordered the 10 in these after needing to size down in the Seven7 skinny jeans. I’m kinda hoping they shrink a bit, as they are a bit loose and I know they will stretch out as I wear them. I have a pair of Sonoma jeans shorts that are similar in a size 14 and these aren’t much smaller. Price is great. I may pick up the other colors later.
