These gummies do seem to help her relax a bit and calm down. I'm going to try them next time we take a long road trip and will report back if they work good for that too.

I give them two before bedtime they sure do help with their pre bedtime wiggles. They helped my kids feel calm and relaxed before bed and helped them stay asleep, four year old who usually wakes up at about 3am and heads to my bed at that time stayed sleeping in her own bed the whole night. Being gummy and tasty helps. Not too much extra sugar coated, so it is good. The packaging is great. the box is easy to place and very sturdy. the shape is cool/modern. And being childproof helps that they don't eat them too much like candies :). The chillaxing part seems to be working as well. I've been giving it to my younger one, who is very energetic and full of emotions. Especially at night when it's night time routine - which ends up taking easy 40-60 minutes. I've started giving her these vitamins an hour before the bedtime. Nothing dramatic, but I've been noticing some sort of a calm in her over the last few days towards the bedtime. She's more talkative and calm when reading a book. Focuses well when she's calm. So if it's this vitamins that's contributing to her calmness towards end of the day..voila! I like that they are melatonin free because I dont mind giving my kids melatonin but I prefer not to use it all the time. I was worried these Gummies wouldn't work as well as the Gummies with melatonin but they seemed to work great.
