We got these in hopes of calming our almost 4 year old down, since he's hyperactive and we've tried a lot of different natural ways. They didn't work or help at all. They smell like fruity pebbles and taste good though.

Bought this for my grandson, who has issues with outbursts , and focus. Kids Chillax helps him to be more calm and able to focus what is being said.

She prefers to take them in the evening after a long day to just calm her body and mind. They are great before bedtime to help wind down, they don't make her tired or put her to sleep, but they do put her in a more relaxed state of mind to help her go to sleep.
