I love that it DOESN’T have melatonin, but has natural ingredients. My kiddo takes 2 before bed and they help her calm down for bed most of the time. They must taste great bc she even asks for them if I forget.

We have been using these for a month now and have seen a difference in our sons hyperactivity. He is able to calm himself better and focus. It also has helped him sleep batter at night too. They taste good too.

Didn’t work for my children. I started with one but says can give 2 a day so I tried to give them two and didn’t work. Still have a lot left so will try again. Hopefully it helps as sometimes my kids are very very hyper

I got this for my kids because we use the kids sleep and I felt like this did nothing. I understand it is not to make them sleep but it did nothing. We tried it for about a month and there was no difference. I would not get this again.
