The taste are grape and orange fruity flavors the taste is good the ingredients are natural and truly do help with relaxing my grandchildren approve them !! The cost is equal to most vitamins

This was decent and I definitely saw improvement in my sons behavior. However, the flavors were not the best and my son only liked the red. I would buy again but would love if there were different flavor options

I got this for my kids because we use the kids sleep and I felt like this did nothing. I understand it is not to make them sleep but it did nothing. We tried it for about a month and there was no difference. I would not get this again.

I love that it DOESN'T have melatonin, but has natural ingredients. My kiddo takes 2 before bed and they help her calm down for bed most of the time. They must taste great bc she even asks for them if I forget.

Didn't work for my children. I started with one but says can give 2 a day so I tried to give them two and didn't work. Still have a lot left so will try again. Hopefully it helps as sometimes my kids are very very hyper

These did really well with my children! 4 kiddos is wild sometimes but it helps them calm down and be able to get to bed smoothly without mentionin!! Reccommend!!!

My 4 year old boy loves this one! Helps him focus, play quietly, calm down from any anxious feeling and pay attention to whatever he is doing. And the best thing is this is just a vitamin, enrichment for his brain!
