While I love this organizer, and already own 3 that I purchased at my local Sam's Club, I had to warn those who purchase this item on line. I purchased 2 online and both arrived damaged. I did not know they were damaged until after my husband and son had already put the units together. There are large gashes in the wood of both organizers. It looks like they were punctured with fork lifts. They are too heavy to take apart and return to the store, so I had to put the damaged sides against walls to hide the holes. See attached photo.
