This is the first pair of bone conduction headphones I've owned (after previously having AirPods and other in-ear earbuds). The main reason I bought these is because I hate having things in my ears and do like being able to hear my surroundings. Firstly, I am very impressed by the sound quality. Given bone conduction technology has its limitations in terms of the quality of sound it can deliver compared to noise cancelling headphones/over the head headphones, I am very impressed with these. The sound comes across very clearly and you can definitely feel the bass on the OpenRun Pros (note it does tingle your cheekbones a bit at higher volumes). They're really comfortable to wear (it's sometimes easy to forget you're even wearing them) and sit very securely when you move your head, jump up and down etc. The volume buttons are really to use (even mid-run) as well as the multi-function button that allows you to skip tracks and answer calls. Would definitely recommend!

I had the originals, so waiting so long for this generation is a marked difference. My last finally just snapped right at the earpiece. These are super light and do not interfere as much with my glasses and sunglasses like the last. In other words, no pain after a couple hours of wearing them. The sound is great, and I’ve always appreciated hearing my surroundings. Talking on the phone/mic is apparently very clear on the other end. Highly recommend.

When compared to my beats or AirPods, the system interface really pales in comparison. It’s clunky, and I miss the ability to switch between my devices. Along with that, it seems like I need to be on volume 15/20 to actually hear whatever I’m playing, especially if it’s not music. Music sounds great, but it doesn’t work as well for podcasts or audiobooks. Other people can hear a bit of the audio as well.

After 3 years my headphones finally died. As a welder/fabricator I put them through the test, constantly sweating, grinding, and welding. I also liked them because it encouraged me to wear hearing protection around all the loud noise. Best headphones ever! I plan on getting another pair but it doesn't really fit in the budget for now, work has been boring and having to answer the phone with my hands also bums me out.

Love these! I have small ears and have always had a problem with earbuds staying in. Now I can go to the gym and listen to music without earbuds falling out. I love that I can answer the phone too. I got the beige color so they wouldn’t be noticeable. When my hair is down they aren’t even seen.

It’s all about the sound clarity and Bass response for me. These sound great! I bought them specifically for the gym because I have defective ears that don’t play well with AirPods. The Shokz are exactly what I needed. They stay on my head even when I’m laying on my back.

I got the pros for my husband. He was complaining about not having a Bluetooth headset. For over a year I have been trying to get him to try my openruns. He broke down and finely did …. And loved them. I had him wear mine for a few weeks to get a good feel to decide if he really liked them, and he was eager to get himself a pair. He opted for the pros and loves them. He said it’s got great battery life and the sound is pretty decent compared to my regular openrun set. Personally I don’t hear the difference it he does and loves them .. that’s all that matters I guess.

These are the best! I like how comfortable they are, I leave them on all day. I pair them to my phone and pc. So even though I am in a crowded office I can immediately go into a meeting without bothering everyone or do a quick phone call. I can easily move back and forth between a personal conversation and a private discussion. In addition to that I don't need to worry about them getting wet or sweaty. They are perfect.

Just a little big on the head when ordered a small band. Sound is awesome. Wind when blowing does indeed softens the noise as described. The battery life lasts a long time I work 10 shifts listening podcasts all day. Comfort is good when I have them sitting in the right place Not sure if I’m going to upgrade yet.

This is by far the most comfortable headset I have ever used. Due to my job I have them on pretty much all day and I can hardly feel them. The functionality and the sounds quality are excellent. I don’t think I would ever buy another brand again. Thank you Shokz!
