After owning multiple entry level shokz headphones, I tried on my daughter’s open run pro version we bought her and splurged on this model. They are lightweight, comfortable, good sound and great battery life. I had been pretty disappointed with the hassle of returning a new pair of Open Move headphones that arrived defective and were buzzing in my ear and left a negative review for those but decided to take a chance on these. I should have bought these in the first place.

I love them! I have some air pod pros but they kept falling out of my ears. I adjust them, nope still fall. Tried these I was eh about sound quality but not anymore. They literally don’t move, I’ve boxed jumped, went for a run and shook my head like a head banger. Good sound the whole time. Glad I took a chance on these bad boys

Love these headphone as a woman who runs very early in the morning. I feel a lot safer being able to hear my surroundings. I do think the headphones could go a tad bit louder without compromising the ability to hear our surroundings. At times I’m in the peak of my run and want to put the volume up but I already have it on the highest setting.

Don’t waste your money. As soon as you sweat or get them a little damp, the speakers cut out. It was so bad one day, I couldn’t get through one whole song without them cutting out. I will stick to my AirPods. They aren’t as comfortable and don’t fit me right but at least I can listen to my music without them cutting out every few seconds during a workout.

I'm amazed by the sound quality of these headphones. Also, changing the sound from normal to vocal makes it much easier to understand podcasts while I'm on my bike. The headphone is very comfortable and fits easily under my bike helmet and doesn't interfere with my sunglasses. My only small quibble is that it's been a little harder than I'd like to change the volume on the headphones rather than on my phone.

I'm 53 and have worked out over 10yrs now and never could find anything to stay on my head or in my ears during weight training. I do have a little hearing loss in my left ear so I really didn't like earbuds. But the Shokz Open Run Pro nailed it! I can still hear to speak to my gym friends and have a conversation. And answer a call if I need to with excellent clarity. Thanks guys. Great listening.

I’m returning my shokz but that is just due to personal preference. There is nothing wrong with the headphones, the purpose of open ear is exactly what you get with these. My only problem is that the music unfortunately loses all of the bass without an in ear piece. On top of that, when you raise the volume to max, it creates this very weird and irritating vibration on the side of your head that gets you distracted from your workout.

It’s a really useful headphone to use on your outdoor run because you can hear your surroundings and your music at the same time. The downside with this is that you can’t immerse yourself in the music but again you can’t have both sides. It’s pretty comfortable, not too tight or too loose that it dangles up and down during your run. Overall I recommend adding this to your workout gear box.

Sound quality is very good. I would have liked for the head set to have some "bend-ability" so that I could more closely fit device to the ear. Controls work well and a single charge lasts several hours. Bone conduction technology eliminates need for in ear fit, so no more "runners ear". Noise cancellation is somewhat effective. This could be improved.

Very happy with the open run pro. I still have an older version of these but loved the thought of having a tighter fit around my neck. when running long, everything starts to bug me and the extra weight of the large loop around the neck was one that I didn't look forward to on the previous models. My only complaint is that the charger cable is proprietary. I everything else I have charges with one cable and now I need to add a second cable to the car / house / run bag etc.
