Battery life is not ten hours the only headset I have that even last an extended period time is my treks that older. I really like them but they are a little big. I wear them a lot though. Anyway I have tried a lot of models and sent my reviews with no response. I like aftershokz/ shokz but I'm getting frustrated about the battery life. The newest pair I have the battery only lasted a few hours. I tried a different company with the same ear concept. I dont like them they claim long battery life too. Not true. My suggestion for Shokz is to work on real extended battery life and offering colors for all the models along with the different size choices. Karen M

I have used mine every day for over a year now. I use them for everything from taking calls to listening to music. My favorite thing with them is I can use them with foam earplugs when I run a chainsaw or the tractors. I also enjoy them on airplane flights. When I use earplugs with them, I can hear my media just fine, and none of the plane noise. the only bad part is that after a year of consistent everyday use, the little plastic cover over the battery light fell off.

This headset is amazing, and since buying my first set 6 months ago, I’ve bought 4 more of them as gifts for my family members. They all love this headset too. The sound is clear, the noise bleed is extremely minimal, and unless you’re an audiophile, the quality is great. They also solve a unique problem for me; I have hearing aids so I can’t wear ear buds, and for many other reasons I can’t wear over the ear headphones. Bone conduction technology allows me to have a suitable headset and be compatible with my hearing devices. The reason I say “almost perfect”, and such can’t give a full 5 stars, is the charger is a non standard plug. Shokz’s other head sets use usb, why can’t these? This is problematic for me in multiple ways; can’t share charger cords with all my other devices, have to spend more for the convenience of charging it at home, in my car, and at work (I travel a lot and its one more thing to worry about), the cord is pretty short, and finally, non standard cords mean more electronic waste in landfills. Not great. Please Shokz, change future versions to use standard cords!

I love how they dont go in your ear and you can hear people talk to you. I wear at work and they last all day. They are comfortable, I hardly know I have them on. Ear buds I was always afraid if losing them if riding a bike or bending over. Not with these, I am safe. These are the best Ive ever had.

These are a game changer. I work in manufacturing and have to wear earplugs when I'm at work. Now I can wear earplugs and listen to music/podcasts or make calls at the same time. I would recommend these to anyone that is potentially on the fence about how they work or someone that wants something like I mentioned. The only thing that isn't the greatest about them is that they rest on the back of your ears and it kinda takes a bit to get used to.

I've been using two different sets of Shokz headsets over the last 1.5 years. I had the Aftershokz first which were great for mountain biking/road biking. I streamed via Bluetooth from my Apple Watch 6 to my headset. I then upgraded to the Open Run Pro which also worked great; difference between the two was marginal but both were great for allowing you to have a good feel for your surroundings while listening to tunes. I then upgraded my Apple Watch to the new Ultra which came out in July(ish) of 22. Big mistake. It turns out that Apple is using a next gen of Bluetooth called 5.3. You would think that this would be backwards compatible but not so. My Ultra constantly cuts out the music to where it is unlistenable. The OpenRun Pro uses BT 5.1. While Shokz has responded to my inquiries, there is no timetable for if/when they might update firmware to be compatible. Since the only reason I bought the Shokz headsets was for cycling, they are paper weights for me at this point. Hoping to receive news of an update sometime soon but not holding my breath.

I purchased the regular open run pro over a year ago and was very impressed with the comfort, battery life and sound, which are all excellent. I also have the open fit buds, which are awesome and have tried the mini open run that I returned because I was disappointed with basically everything. However, the mini open run pro are now my go-to headphones. It's nice that they are sleeker and have all the same excellent qualities of the regular open run pro

I love my Shokz! So easy to use and set up and light and comfortable! I love that I don't have to have something in my ears or worry whether they'll fit or fall out...just wrap around and go! A game changer whether working out or sitting listening to music! Love!

Ok, this is my second pair of open ear headsets. I can't handle earbuds, they hurt my ears. And head phones are too big and don't work on a bike. These are a great alternative. They are very secure and since I've started cycling, a very safe choice too. The battery life is great, the sound is good until I'm going about 20mph or 16 into a headwind. I tend to listen to books so I need volume a little louder. These don't really compare with my noise canceling overear headset, but i didn't expect that. But they are so much more comfortable than earbuds of any type. I just hope they last longer than my first pair of aishokz. These come with a case so that should help.

These are great headphones. The only problem I have is when I talk on the phone. And I am driving g sometimes it is hard to hear the other person. I have tried changing to vocal in the app and most of the time it doesn't help. But beside that one flaw I love these headphones.
