Hello Kevin- We're sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your OpenRun Pro. The vibration will be more intense at high volumes with heavy bass. If customers find the vibrations to be too noticeable at lower volumes, we would suggest filing a warranty claim.

I get only 2.5 hours at best on a full charge. Useless for marathoning.
