Ive had a pair of these for last 5yrs . I hate the in ears earbuds they've always hurt my ears . So when i came across these i love this syle ......

I'm unimpressed by their supposed ability to seamlessly work with both laptop and iPhone, which hasn't worked for me. But everything else is fine.

I wear hearing aids and this is the first set of head phones that work comfortably with my hearing aids. THANK YOU

Not as good as I expected - prior model was water proof and sound was louder, so this upgrade to a more expensive version is not worth it

Great battery life superior sound quality compared to my previous set. So comfortable I often forget I have them on.

The only drawback was the voice prompt too low, not clearly enough. It's very hard to hear most of the time. I owned 2 of the Open Pro now.

I'm a underground miner and use them at work love them because I can still use my hearing protection and have my hard hat on comfortable

Would not pair clearly and will not work in louder environments without ear plugs. So whats the point? Safety first.
