It’s difficult to get the units to sit snuggly. The speaker direction is forward, my ear canal is at right angles to the direction of the speaker grills. I hear a strong bass, but the sound energy disputes away from my ears.

Sound is amazing! The only negative thing I have to say is battery life isn't quite as long as advertised. With the increase in volume, the battery life falls.

I love the open air concept but why thr software has country limitations? At least add every country in European Union in it. For now the music sounds bland. Until then hard to recommend if you love music.

With any wind while cycling, I still use earplugs so as not to keep volume too high. Overall, I am satisfied with the Pro model. Not as much base as I like but enough to enjoy the music you love to hear.

Love them the minis fit my head just right can do a lot of work and them dont have to worrie about them falling off. Ear buds would hurt my inner ear these are great. There times i forget i have them on

Shocks should make the left play/pause button on the Open/Run Pro more pronounced or tangible so you can feel where it is at. It is hard to find the exact spot sometimes

Love the feel and ease of use ,the only reason for the lowsound quality is I was hoping with hearing loss in 1 ear the bone induction would help with being able to hear the music better

Love my new Shokz mini!! There is only one negative for me is that the charging port is a magnetic type that only fits this !! I was really hoping for it to have a "C" port. The magnetic is clever butttttt..............now I need 2 chargers.

I’m so glad a fry of mine introduced me to your product. I have a narrow ear canal so it’s difficult to find ear buds that don’t fall out. Yours are wonderful. Don’t have to constantly adjust the head phones. Love them

I absolutely love these I forget they are on my head. They are comfortable and sound amazing. I bought the regular ones but they allowed me to upgrade to the pros. I'm in awe now.
