We've had ROKU for years and love the product. Had a problem getting the right remote with the volume control on the side but finally called and was assisted in getting the right one.

I recently purchased my third Roku Ultra streaming box. Now all three TV's in my home stream with the Roku Box. I enjoy the dependability and the simplicity of use with the Roku Box. I highly recommend the Roku Ultra for streaming.

The ROKU works where even my LG TV locks up when streaming, hence the reason I continue using ROKU. This is my second unit as the first one was 12 years old

Received as a gift. A real upgrade from the Samsung remote which came with our smart TV. Also an improvement over our three older Rokus which require AA and AAA batteries; this is a USB charge.

I was having a problem with WIFI connection stability with the original remote, however the ULTRA has resolved the issue. I've not had any interruptions since the change-out.

Picture and sound quality are really nice and integrates well with my surround sound system. My only want would be to allow for over the air antenna UI integration like on my ROKU TV's but other than that I'm thrilled with the upgrade.

This Roku is faster with 4K and the remote is like.....It lights up each time you use it! And that is great if you enjoy watching your favorite stuff with low or no lights on. You're not fumbling around to find the right buttons. Love it!

Yes I’m satisfied with my new Roku. Easy to install. Great product. Fairly expensive but I am able to watch what I want on TV. I did have to subscribe to TUBI because you didn’t allow me to go to some of the channels I watch. Thanks!

My new Roku ultra is much faster than my previous two Roku‘s. The only minor problem is that it needs to be plugged in. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with it.

It was a gift. I had the model below the Ultra & it was fine but the Ultra has functions that make navigating easier. I like the lights also. And your tech staff are terrific!
