Very good streaming player. I only thing I don't like about it is that must be only 60 hz refresh rate, because there is a lot of motion blur. I watch the same content on the TV'S Internet system, and have almost no motion blur. The TV has 144hz refresh rate.

The use of this new Roku Ultra will be great once I get my new TV. Right now when connected up it wants me to tie the old remote control with the new one. Not sure how thats supposed to work but will wait to connect it up from scratch once new TV is installed.

I had an older model of the Roku Ultra that kept loosing the sound, would lockup after fast forwarding and sometimes not take voice commands. I was daily or even several times a day having to power cycle the unit. The updated version works faster without any of the same problems.

We have 3 ten year old Samsung TVs. Two of them are early 4K models and one is a 1080. Upgrading our 4K Roku sticks to Roku Ultras has significantly improved sound and picture on all of them. The pictures look like 3 dimension dioramas. They are so good we cannot justify buying new TVs.

I replaced a basic Roku that I had to un plug every other day so that the main screen would work and also on peacock streaming it was jittery after every commercial I had to go in an out of th app for it to work. New ultra Roku has been so much quicker and screen Quality is great. Just needed an upgrade

The upgrades and updates are nice, but the power button is fussy (takes 2 or 3 attempts) and the mute button stopped working.

Love Roku devices and this model is loaded! This is my second one to buy. Great streaming, picture quality and zero buffering.

12 hours of troubleshooting and Roku wants to do another 6 instead of standing behind their product. Customer service is the worst that I’ve ever encountered.

I didn't realize at first but the remote is rechargeable! It lights up with the slightest touch. Better than the previous remotes. The picture is amazing. Easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

The updated Roku Ultra performs with the same reliability as the old one, it just has a few enhancements. The Roku Ultra has been the most reliable, easy to use streaming device I've owned.
