We received this generator as a gift from our son and daughter-in-law. Our old one was a manual start engine that was difficult to pull even after a repair bill. We couldn't be happier with the electronic start and a remote start on this Westinghouse 7500. We are on all electric service here in the country, even our well. With last winter power outage of 5 days and nights we needed something to depend on. This is truly a wonderful gift.

Purchased this Gen due to power outage at home, we live in a rural area and when power goes out we have no heat, no water and no sewer.Gen ran for almost 48 hours, saved our basement from flooding, saved all our food in freezer and allowed use to continue to have water

We bought this generator after our first year living in the country. We were without power for 3 days that winter after a horrible ice storm and decided we won't risk that again out here. This has given us peace of mind and will power our country home. We live the remote start feature.

I bought this a year ago and I filled it up and put stabilizer in ran it like every 3 months to charge the battery and we finally used it for redneck for paychecks it ran the hole time were there Thursday to Sunday and never let us down excellent choice I would highly recommend it

Haven't run it yet, but it was well packages, and seems well constructed and as expected. But the literature that comes with it, promising a free generator cover, is a bit of a bait and switch — when I followed the instructions, I got a message at the end saying I wouldn't Get one after all!!

Purchased in Nov. Finally installed a Transfer box this past weekend. (Due to Severe Storms, knocking out power in near by counties.Had 6 Circuits to hook up in case of power outage, HVAC took up the 220 line, Furnace, freezers,refrigerator and lights. shut off power(to re-enact a power outage) Everything ran Perfect!! Generator a Beast!!!

I purchased this generator as a home backup unit. Our power does not go out frequently, but when it does it's nice to have a generator to power the well pump, as we do not have a public water supply. The WGen 7500 has enough power to supply all our basic needs, should the situation arise. I am very happy with the features and construction of this unit and feel that it fills our needs perfectly.

This is our first generator as we seem to be having more power outages and they are lasting longer. We determined this size was a good fit to run the well pump and boiler so we would have heat and water. The price was reasonable and reviews were very good. The features were a good selling point. It arrived safely and ran it for awhile to test it was working correctly. So far we have not needed to use it, but we are relieved to have it on hand in case the need arises, especially while we are still surging with Covid.

Wow! After an arduous search for the right generator for us; we finally found the best fit. With the plethora of choices and scouring countless reviews, we found the WGen7500. A few of months earlier we had a competitor brand delivered. It took weeks to get it since there was such a massive back-order on the item. Upon opening, we noticed that there was a broken piece of metal in the box. A motor mount had completely broken off the motor housing. Thus we had to return it. Of course, now this product was back-ordered, again! Truthfully, we were not impressed with the quality of the materials or construction on a brand name one would have higher expectations. Very disappointed. Back to the search drawing board. :( Fast forward a few months and extensive further research, and we discovered the WGen7500. We had previously been unaware of Westinghouse manufacturing generators, so we checked reviews, watched the marketing video (well produced), loved the price, and placed our order. This generator is quality from the start! Excellent engineering, quality materials, super easy assembly of wheels, etc., and above average operational simplicity. Bottom line: Grateful the previously ordered product was defective so we could discover and own the WGen7500!!​ Cheers. :)

It just got delivered, albeit it as replacment unit, since the mount holes for support legs on the first one were mismatched by at least 1/8 inch. Second time is charm(ish) - still had to rig the assembly, but it is sitting pretty now. Am certain we will never lose power now that I bought it!
