Helped my neighbor get his new unit going - - - was impressed with the features and how quiet the unit is compared to the Generac RS8000E I have. I purchased a WGen7500 as well. Thought I'd pass along a tip learned from my Dad - - you can use the box for a storage dust cover. Look forward to testing this out next time the power goes out - - - assuming it works as advertised over time, I can change the review to 5 stars.

I bought this generator last year. Until today I and only started it a few times. It started right up with the push to start last year after assembly. It has been in storage until today. Everything we still looking good. However, when I went to push start it this time it did not start. I noticed the choke only stays on for a few seconds as it intislly turns over. I manually engaged the choke and it started on the first pull. So far it seems like a an affordable and dependable generator.

Ordered this Generator a couple of weeks before Hurricane Florence.. followed the quick start instructions-- added oil and gas, pushed the electric start-- cranked first time-- Able to run water pump, refrigerator, chest freezer, most of my lights, and mini-split AC-- Great Generator, should be my emergency backup for years to come-- 5 stars!

This was our first generator purchase and it is great! It is useful for its purpose but has so many convenient features! We really love the gas gauge. And the push button and remote start options make it very simple to use! This will be helpful to our family for years to come!

Generator is currently being utilized as a back up to 'back feed' my main load center via a 30 amp breaker. This Westinghouse WGen7500 will power my entire household minus central air (which was planned). The generator starts at the push of a button within the first few seconds no matter how long it sits in storage. The front panel is easy to operate and the outlet covers are a huge place in the weather. Overall, I recommend a Westinghouse generator - they are dependable and solidly built. As an added note, the shipping was flawless!

Reliable generator with a ton of power. Easy to move around with the wheels. No longer have to worry about food spoiling or being uncomfortable during long outages, which is so nice with 4 young kids. Plan on calling an electrician to get a transfer switch.

We were unsure what size to get, but after an extensive amount if research, we decided on this model. It will do everything we need, so we no longer have to worry about losing everything in our frig and freezer, can stay cool, keep our in ground fence live, koi pond aerators working for our koi pond, make coffee, watch tv and alarms will work. We can even hard wire this model. That's what we plan todo next.

Perfectly easy to assembly reviewed everything to make sure properly installed it was. Added oil and fuel assembled wheels and both feet. Started the generator with a push of the button. Can't wait next week going camping this will perfect for running RV. I have tried walking with it behind me with ease.

Unit arrived well packaged and with everything you need to get started...even a custom oil funnel and the remote with its own, carabiner. These are small details but it means less messing around and the attention to detail is nice. A friend saw it and gave away their current one and order one themselves.

Bought this a couple days ago. Was just delivered this morning. I unpackaged and got it up and running in less than 30 minutes. This thing is STURDY! incredibly well built and has all the features you could want in a generator. Bought to use as primary power source while framing a house and I have no doubt this thing will do the trick!
