I purchased this generator in May of 2018 and it works great. It was easy to set up and easy to use. This generator is much better than previous generators by far. I have used it for several jobs around the house and operated an air compressor and saws all at the same time with no problems. I live in Florida and purchased mainly for emergency power and I am sure it will do the job. I would recommend this portable generator. John

I bought my w gen 7500 about 4 years ago. Had my house wired for the generator. In July of 2021 my wife and i had do go to the VA hospital in San Francisco to have my kidney and my kidney and cancer removed. At this same time the Dixie fire erupted. When we came home 5 days later there was no electricity. Luckily I had 20 gallons of gas stored. My wife had to plug the generator into the house and turn it on. This little 120 lb wife of mine kept the generator going for the 5 days of no electricity. This is an awesome generator, and will be my next generator, only the next one will be dual fuel.

I purchased this generator for a single family home use and did comparisons to Honda on Consumer Reports finding this generator rated equal to the Honda unit. This unit has great features, a large tank for long run time and plenty of power for the average singles family home.

Had the whole thing together within 20 minutes. It's very solidly built. When my electrician installed the manual interlock and we plugged into the receptacle, we fired it up and it was off and running. Super easy to use. Will update once we use it for real!

I bought this unit 18 months ago ahead of approaching hurricane. I didn't need it as things turned out so I kept it boxed up. Recently we had two tornados touch down nearby and we were without power for 3 days but I wasn't concerned after starting up this Bad Boy, it worked perfectly! So happy I spent the money when I did and purchased this product.

Purchased this as primary emergency backup for a 1800sf ranch home. This is MORE than enough to power everything my family needs and then some. Good build quality, easy to assemble, and everything is included to get you running in the box. First start was seamless, power generated was constant and the machine barely coughed with a 1500 watt test load. Only thing holding the extra star is the need to use it during a real outage.

I bought the WGen7500 in December 2021. I unboxed the product; completed the installation; and the generator started on the first pull. I have been starting it and letting in run every 6 to 8 weeks. I had a Reliance Controls 10 circuit 30AMP transfer switch installed this past summer. A couple weeks ago, the power went and I decided its time. Pulled the generator out; started right up; plugged in the cable; flipped the circuits; and we were back in business.

I bought this generator a couple months ago to prepare for our usual yearly power outages. We got it wired to the house so it is essentially just plug and go when the power goes out! It's easily moveable with the wheels..I can get it set up without my husband. It even comes with a remote ! I would highly recommend this generator !

so far its perfect,.i have only ran it a short time to make sure it works..i could not get to start with auto start. it was just clicking , I made sure battery was charged and the same, followed the battery cables to the solenoid and the harness was disconnected for shipping so something simple you can check..i would definitely recommend..

I bought when the power was out & have wanted a gas/propane gen for a long time. I have only used propane for the 25hr i have run it & have no intention on ever putting gas in it, I can hook a 100# tank and just let it (keeping in mind to turn off to check oil) it runs cleaner & safer without the pain of stail gas problem & wife likes the easy push button or key pad start.
