I ordered this about 3 weeks ago after the one I had for 16 years started giving me trouble. It was easy to put together the few items needed and after fueling, I started it. It started right up, I ran it for 20 minutes before putting it away. Time will tell me about how good it is but it is starting out good. I can't go with 5 stars until I see how it runs over time.

I bought this recently because my area sometimes suffers windstorms or ice storms and other weather events that knock out power and so this portable generator is enough to see me through the worst of it until proper repairs are made by the local utility company.

I purchased this for my wife's birthday. She said it was the best gift ever. Fired it up for the 1st time this morning and it ran like a dream.

Great generator for the price, love the remote, not so big on the delivery company, as I had to diver 30 mile r/t because they refused to deliver.

Great generator that gets the job done. Instructions and user manual are clear. Word of caution- this generator is a beast that weighs over 200 lbs. if you're buying it in store make sure you have the means to move it.

I installed this Westinghouse 9500/7500 generator on an interlock and test ran it twice. It works great, almost run the whole house. The remote work from a good distance as well if you want to remote start it.
