Purchased this item for the next time the lights go out which seems to be happening with frequency these days. This product was the right price with the right features to be easy enough for a novice like me to turn out (hello remote control starter!). Have an electrician coming to the home to set up my panel to be entirely run by the generator, too. Way less money than a whole house natural gas option but just as effective.

I finally purchased a generator after 4 years. After several reviews I decided on the Westinghouse G 7500. Simple assembly and it was ready to run, providing me with the power I needed. Sever storm knocked out power for 4 days, but things were fine inside for my wife and 3 guest from out of town staying with us. Great purchase!

Very happy with the generator and it's easy set upper. Westinghouse seems to have thought of everything and made setting up easy and hassle free. Side note and not a deal changer. Was supposed to have a bonus cover if completing their survey, however as soon as I started survey and registration a note popped up that they had limited supplies and was no longer available for my model. Hoping that it's just a disclaimer. But either way a nice looking product and easy set up. 30 minutes and it was up and running. Appreciate the ease of remote start. Even had a battery charger included in packaging. I thought I was going to have to order one at a later date. Very pleased.

I just purchased this generator and have not had to use it yet. I did quite a bit of research before deciding to buy this brand. Assembly was very easy and the quality seems to be really good. Time will tell if I made the right choice, but I am confident that I did.

The unit is just as it said. I prepped the unit with oil and gas and connected the battery and it fired right up. I'm excited about using this unit with the next emergency or just casual use. I'm planning on it being a back-up for our home for the necessities that require electricity ( freezers, refrigerators, lights , and any other needs as required.

I bought the product and went home and put it together. The generator is built tough and sturdy. It has all the features I wanted in a generator. It is easy to use and comes with a great owner's manual. The generator supplies enough power for the small jobs and for jobs that require alot of amps. I look forward to powering my house in an emergency.

I am so excited to finally get my new generator. After Hurricane Irma it seems there was no generators to be had. I was without power for a week and swore I would never go through that again. I received it, followed the easy directions and got it all ready to go. Pushed the start button one time and it was off to the races.

Surprised to find packaging included everything needed,including oil for the engine (but obviously no fuel). Assembly instructions were simple and clear. Unit powers everything in the house-freezer, refrigerators, microwave, coffee pot (most important), lighting-obviously not a/c. Computer system (which is connected to an inexpensive conditioner) runs fine with no complaints. Yes it's heavy,but well balanced and relatively easy to move around with included handle. The handle folds down for easy storage. I haven't put a scope on the output yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the power. Thank you

I had to be evacuated from my home for 10 days in the Santa Cruz mountains. I am so grateful to have this unit as the generators I had were not adequate and I had to refill the gas frequently as well as one of them a Ryobi died. Worry free and easy set up as well!

We just bought this and it was chosen by its features and ratings on Popular Mechanics. It is very well constructed, easy to fill, nice having remote turn on and ease of access to plug ins. We haven't used it yet but are anticipating some use over this next winter as we were out of power for ten days last winter.
