I received my generator today and out of the box everything looks to be made very well. Part of the frame was bent in shipping but other than that all parts were present and assembly was simple. Looking forward to having back up power in the future

I purchased this generator primarily for emergency backup power during hurricane season in S. Florida. I love the electric\remote start feature. Last year after hurricane IRMA, I struggled to start my old generator for nearly 1/2 a day until I finally gave up on it. The generator runs very smooth and quieter than previous generators I have owned. It provides enough power to run a mid-size refrigerator, a portable ac unit, small tv, lights and fan. This is a great generator for the money

Will use for power outages. I would have given a 5 star rating if there were actually an useful tools in the tool kit. only came with a spark plug wrench, but no other items to help put the wheel kit parts to the frame of the generator or to attach the battery cables to the battery.

Windstorm, wet snow, ice, hurricane - outage from a couple hours to a couple weeks - really rural location. Can run pump, furnace, fridge and freezer, lights, appliances, but most likely not all at the same time. Also allows me to assist neighbors without generators and use off grid (construction, camping.) Was not interested in dual fuel as people with propane generators mentioned how much fuel they used.

This is a solid generator for a number of uses. It hits most of the averages - weight, noise level, etc. I know a number of people who have had Westinghouse products and was confident in this purchase. It arrived with no damage, though I must admit I was surprised at the relative minimal packing supporting the unit (no styrofoam or anything to absorb any potential hits to the box.... not a big problem, but I can see how it could have been damaged in shipping. Overall, a great value for anyone needing a generator of this size.

This was bought to mainly replace to an older 6500 watt generator for backup power. Living in the northeast we can lose power, especially in the winter/spring and need to make sure heat and sump pumps stay running. Its light enough for 2 to throw in my truck to take it with me. Just got it so I can't rate it excellent til it gets used more. Worked very well on a test though. Quieter that my current one.

I just received it today. I haven't set it up yet. A few small pieces were laying in the plastic bag it came in. I will take a picture of them when I am finished setting it up. I would like the free cover for it soon since I have to store it outside. If you wish I will send you another more Extensive Review when it's all set up and running. I have an Electrician who will connect it to the Power Panel for easier use. I will also send a picture of the small plastic pieces so you can identify them and tell me if they are important or not to the function of the Generator.

I cant really review performance yet. I bought this late last year for 2022 hurricane season. Setting it up today and what I found out is this...easy to set up. I am now charging the battery , but the manual start was not hard to pull at all. That is what I was looking for was something I could use and it not be a headache for me when i am rushing and nerves about whatever is headed to the gulf of Mexico....

I went to buy a much smaller generator but once I saw this one in the store, my wife and I couldn't pass it up. We even had them bring it outside and let us hear it run beforehand. I was afraid my wife would have a hard time pull starting it, but it fired right up for her. The remote start is a great feature as well as the push button start. It's quieter than I expected it to be, about as loud as my air compressors in my garage. Powers the lower level of my house at idle. I haven't had the need to power more but I'm sure it will handle it. I've used it to power my welder without issue. As I see it, I'll never need to buy another generator. Maintenance is easily accessible too, plug, filter, oil, and draining the carb to store it. Comes with a battery tender so it's always good to go.

I selected this 7500 watt unit based on good experience with a competitor's 7500 w unit that served emergency house needs for 5 years. This unit has remote electric start that allows me to stage it connected to house panel, then start it remotely. It was easy to assemble wheels, feet, connect battery, and add oil. Electric start worked instantly. Very fair price compared to others. We are now prepared for power loss.
